As a member of the Bioventus team, you have a part in creating a professional environment where open and honest communication is the expectation. You should not accept actions or behaviors that disturb or distress you.
When To Stand UP
Report these types of issues:
- Accounting or financial irregulates
- Conflicts of interest
- Discrimination or harassment
- Code and Policy violations
- Theft/fraud/bribery
- Safety concerns
- Inappropriate gifts or expenses
- Environmental issues

- You should feel comfortable approaching your supervisor or any member of the Management, Human Resources, Legal, or Compliance.

Anonymous and Confidential
Anytime you call or go online to the hotline, you can choose to remain anonymous. The service provider, NAVEX, maintains the hotline; if you tell them you do not want your identity known, there is literally no way Bioventus can obtain that information. We have no access to NAVEX’s phone or URL records.
Non-Retaliation
Bioventus will ensure that no action is taken against you for making a good faith report of actual or suspected misconduct.
Any who attempts to retaliate against you for asking a question or voicing a concern will face disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
