The Bioventus Legal Department is committed to service, knowledge of the law, and facilitating the mission and values of Bioventus. Our Legal team provides, manages, and coordinates all of the legal services for Bioventus and assists the company in minimizing legal risks to the organization. Please also keep in mind a few simple rules when using any of these resources or when contacting the Legal Department for assistance:

• All contracts require Legal Department review and approval before they may be signed by an employee of the Company.
• Contract templates generated by the Legal Department, including those made available here, may be used without further review. Any changes to a Bioventus form agreement, however, must be reviewed and approved in advance by a member of the Legal team.
• Do not wait until the last minute if you need something from the Legal Department. Keep in mind that our team supports every unit of the Company in every place where we do business and the demands on the group increased significantly when Bioventus became a public company.  
• Please be patient. The Bioventus Legal team is a small but skilled and dedicated group of professionals committed to responding to and anticipating the needs of our company. Given the increasing volume and complexity of our work, we often need to prioritize. We will, however, get back to you as soon as possible!
