It is hard to believe we are entering our final month of Q1 and it is a sprint to the finish line where 25% of the year will be gone before we know it! 2022 is going fast and I hope you are keeping up with your critical goals and objectives for the year. Let’s close these next four weeks strong, drive to the finish line with all we have and finish the quarter with continued strong momentum to take into Q2! Let’s make our own March Madness;)!
Later this week we will announce our Q4 and full year 2021 results. This will be on Thursday morning and comes at the tail end of the earnings season. We will use this time to emphasize once again the transformational year it was and that could not be possible without the efforts of all Bioventus employees and the steady effort to support our business day in and day out. Bonus payouts for all non-commissioned employees will be going out on March 14th for the US and later this month for our OUS team. As stated in last month’s Town Hall these payouts will be just north of 120% – the highest in the history of the company! Well done by all!
We have all witnessed the terrible and heart breaking humanitarian crisis that is unfolding in Ukraine. Bioventus took the step on Friday through our grant process to approve a monetary donation to support medical supplies to Ukraine. Thank you to Derek Hurdle and Mark Harbaugh for bringing this opportunity forward. Please also note we will be working closely with other medtech companies through AdvaMed to look at other ways we can be helpful with this ongoing situation. Stay tuned for further details.
