Bioventus Bioness Integration Update

This is the first of many regular updates to share our progress integrating Bioventus and Bioness.

Compliance matters and we have a compliance culture at Bioventus. To that end, earlier this month Katrina Church delivered compliance training to Bioness employees onsite in Valencia and online to other locations. In the days since, we have seen many Bioness corporate and field sales representatives following up and completing their additional online training via BioLearn. Great job all!

On the commercial front, we are excited to share that pilot program with StimRouter will get underway in May. First up is some training in Durham from May 10-13. Following that, some Bioventus sales representatives across the US will begin calling on customers later in May. The objective is to cross train colleagues and see if we can accelerate reach and frequency to the surgical podiatry call point with StimRouter. There will be more to come on this program in future updates.

Note to all Bioness colleagues. If you placed a jacket order, they are in process and, based on your location, should be delivered to you within three weeks or so.

Lastly, Sarah Caley our commercial integration leader welcomes four new members to the Integration Management Office (IMO) these include: Joel Behnke, Ursula Hildebrandt, Rusty Page and Keith McBride all of Bioness. They join Bioventus colleagues Leigh Ann Stradford, Jane Hern, Christine Trogdon, Tom Hill, Phil Stead, Nicole Harris, Alessandra Pavesio, Katrina Church, Brian Poole, Miguel Beltran-Delgado, Michael Kiser, Sean Hagarty, Ben Fishburn, Jeannine Nieto and Brett Sprehe.

“It’s very exciting to have Bioness representatives join the core IMO team and bring their knowledge, perspectives and voice to the process – we plan to add more team members from Bioness as we work through the 90 day integration plan,” said Sarah. “Being onsite here in Valencia it is really thrilling to see the passion and dedication the Bioness teams have for their products and patients. Now we will begin to see the benefits of our combined companies reaching even more patients with Innovations for Active Healing.”
