Bioventus Employee Engagement Survey – Your Input Matters

There are many opportunities for individuals and teams to influence the direction and growth of Bioventus, but there is perhaps none better than a comprehensive employee engagement survey where you can provide broad feedback to the company’s culture, management style and your personal job satisfaction.

Launching on December 2, the Bioventus Employee Engagement Survey will be confidentially managed by the National Business Research Institute (NBRI). Post survey, NBRI will assist Bioventus in targeting the top focus areas that will make Bioventus a better place to work for our employees. This will help the company to achieve its mission to be a global leader in orthobiologics.

“Attracting and developing talent to succeed is a core element of our business strategy,” said Leigh Ann Stradford, SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer. “We believe this strategy can be achieved by engaging our employees in helping us to understand what we are doing well and what we should focus on for improvement.”

All employees will receive a survey link from the email address [email protected] on December 2 and the survey will remain open until December 16.

Results of the survey will be communicated to all employees in March of 2020. Following that, three focus teams, each sponsored by a member of the Executive Leadership Team, will be assembled to define and implement changes.
