Bioventus Milestone Awards – Story Updated with News of Fabulous Prizes
Karen Spencer, Julie Dover, Vassie White and Cait Sierra were unintentionally missed in our program today and all are Celebrating 5 Years with Bioventus. Please join us in congratulating them.
In addition, due to a clerical error between Smith & Nephew in the UK and Smith & Nephew in the US, we had Neill Pounder’s Years of Service incorrect. Neill is recognized as celebrating 29 Years of Service!
UPDATE – Cash awards are coming your way and they will be grossed up to cover taxes for the employee.
- 5 years-9 years=$100
- 10-14 years=$150
- 15-19 years=$200
- 20-25 years=$250
- 25-29 years=$300
- 30-35 years=$350
- 35-39 years=$400
- 40-44 years=$450
In addition, If the employee is celebrating their 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45 year anniversary this year, they will receive a glass award recognizing this Bioventus milestone.
We have ~700 employees at Bioventus so with that in mind, let’s review the Milestone Awards by the numbers:
