DE&I Initiative BIO+ Launched

BIO+ is an initiative that is a part of our leadership’s commitment to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive work environment for every employee. As a part of this launch employees received a copy of our Bio+ DEI Guide, a notecard with a few questions to spark some engaging conversations, and a treat to enjoy as you flip through the guide.

Your Guide to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)

The engaging guide outlines the importance of Bio+ and why this initiative is critical to our long-term success. The + in Bio+ is for each of us, contributing fully and authentically for an organization that is greater than the sum of its parts.

It Starts With A Question

As you make your way through the Guide, have the accompanying notecard handy. The questions on the notecards are designed to spark critical thinking around DEI leading to engaging conversations with your colleagues and leadership about how we can make Bioventus a more inclusive and equitable environment for all employees.

We All Have A Part to Play

Our DEI Promise is ‘We will be greater than the sum of our parts’. Through Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), thoughtful programming, and a solid framework backed by our Executive Leadership Team, Bio+ will work to highlight how our differences makes us stronger as an organization and more competitive in our industry.
