Over the past three years, Kris had attempted to get insurance coverage for his L300 Go System but was denied every time. Until May 3rd when CEO Ken Reali joined the Advanced Rehab Clinical Specialist Meeting in Memphis to make a very special donation. 
A Memphis native, Kris worked as a Corporate Security Director and lived in Miami. Kris had a very active life, regularly playing both golf and basketball. He moved back to Memphis a year ago to be closer to family. Then four years ago he had a stroke.
Kris had been following Bioness since his stroke. He tried the device on at three different rehab facilities but explained that he couldn’t afford it.
He drives himself to a local neuro rehab clinic twice a week for therapy. Kris was recently denied insurance coverage again and did not have alternative resources for the device.
On May 3rd, Ken Reali joined the Advanced Rehab Clinical Specialist Meeting in Memphis and donated the L300 Go System to Kris.
Kris was thankful for the unexpected donation. When asked about his goals, Kris said “I want to do everything I can, every day, to keep getting better.”
