Engagement Survey Results Summary and One Last Chance for Feedback

The Bioventus Employee Engagement Survey results are in and have been reviewed with the ELT and Extended Leadership Team. Among the highlights was an 88% response rate and results putting Bioventus in the 71st percentile among peer companies surveyed by the National Business Research Institute (NBRI).

A summary of the results was sent to all employees on March 5 in an email from Leigh Ann Stradford. You can also see a summary of the results here. In addition, early next week NBRI will and send a link to all employees for any additional points of feedback.

NBRI has assisted Bioventus in identifying the top focus areas that will make Bioventus a better place to work for our employees. The survey has identified root causes influencing culture, management style and job satisfaction and work there will help the company improve employee engagement and to achievement of its mission to be a global leader in orthobiologics.

Opportunities around those root causes will be evaluated and recommendations for improvement made by the Human Resources Advisory Council (HRAC) engagement teams beginning in mid-April. Those members are:

  • Hannah Aikman
  • Deborah Barbeito
  • Robert Beasley
  • Sarah Caley
  • Will Hugo
  • Andrea Jones
  • Paloma Magallanes
  • Catherine Pimentel
  • Corrie Rittenhouse
  • Mark Schaefer
  • Mark Smith
  • Drew Zabor

“The HRAC engagement teams will welcome colleagues to share any additional ideas they have,” said Leigh Ann. “The focus is on improvement and we will have recommendations from the HRAC teams in Q4 of this year.”

If there are questions about the survey you are welcome to contact Leigh Ann directly or Jim Fletcher, at 919-474-6777 or [email protected].
