All,

We have rolled into Q4 with quite a bit of momentum in our business!  Most importantly, our culture of Results, Caring and Learning are evident across our business and ultimately make the ultimate difference in total company success!

Terrific work by our entire work force for putting us where we are today!  Across our business we are seeing great things happening with many of our key priorities.

Once again here are the top priorities for Q4;

  1. Hitting our Revenue and EBITDA targets for the year
  2. Completing our Company Scorecard objectives and individual 2021 objectives
  3. Focusing on largely completing the Bioness integration by year end
  4. Developing the integration plan for the Misonix acquisition which will get kicked off in 2022

Bioventus is an exciting place to be and our double digit growth will open up increasing opportunities for many of our employees.  A Growth Mindset describes the Learning part of our culture that allows each of you to develop new skills and abilities to support our growth.  Bottom line, our growth strategy will open up new doors and opportunities if you want them.

Our Purpose has never been stronger as we will impact well over 500,000 patients this year that will positively benefit from our medical devices and their return to Active Living!  Next year with our organic growth and the acquisition of Misonix we will positively impact over 700,000 people across our world with our products!

Lastly, I want to mention the Caring part of our culture.  Caring means relationships of mutual trust and also Caring for one another to ensure we have a work place that is safe, productive and most importantly one that allows us to fulfill our Purpose of serving patients.  

As we announced several weeks ago we are requiring ALL employees to be fully vaccinated by November 1st.  The vast majority of our employees have already made the decision to get vaccinated and thank you for entering your data into Workday.  If you have not yet downloaded your vaccination card or have not been fully vaccinated we ask you to join your colleagues and complete this activity as soon as possible.  Attached is a information letter that went out at the time of the announcement that provides further details and the decision making process we took to make this decision.  Just as we work together to achieve our company goals we ask you to now band together to achieve our vaccination goal!
