We are at the mid-year point for 2021 – hard to believe at least for me;)!
Importantly, we have two important business days left in our quarter so we look to finish the first half of this year strong!
For those in the US the mid-point of the year represents our 4th of July holiday and is often a time to reflect on the year and how things are going overall.
There are always surprises as we go through the year, some positive and some negative. Ultimately how we deal with these are critical towards our success and that mainly comes down to our own attitude.
I am proud to work with each one of you and see so many positive points at Bioventus. The greatest positive is all of you, and your amazing and resolute dedication to what we do as a business!
For the purposes of organization clarity see the three documents below for your review and reflection as you think about H2 and your important role in our success.
- Our Company Scorecard which now includes additional objectives reflecting Bioness (see page 2)
- Our Full Potential Plan which contains those proactive projects we have identified and are focused on to improve bottle necks in the business and drive for greater efficiency and growth
- Our Cultural Summary coming from the cultural survey, executive team discussion and recent All Hands meeting
These three documents serve as an important launching pad for where we are going not just in H2 but in the years to come.
My hope for all of you is that your work at Bioventus will be a fulfilling journey as we execute our strategy and consistently achieve double digit growth. Together we can achieve great things and help many patients!
