It is a New Year and always a time for a fresh start and a new beginning! My wish for each of you is that 2022 is a fantastic year for you; one of new challenges (of course) and great accomplishments! I also hope that the holiday season was a healthy and relaxing one for you and your friends and families.
As we put closure to 2021 (and there will be more to come on that;)) a special thank you to the entire Bioventus team for the year that you created! It was a momentous year for the company and one that will go down in the books as a transitional one for so many reasons. This does not happen on its own but takes consistent effort and focus on our mission, goals and culture.
Many of you will be working on your 2022 objectives as we start the year and ask that you put a lot of focus into this in the coming week or two. It has been shown through many studies that 20% of what we focus on every day yields at least 80% of our results. This fact is often missed as we tend to have a belief that more objectives lead to greater success when in actuality it is about focus on the right actions that leads to ultimate success. Take the time to review and double check and make sure you are focused on the levers and objectives that will drive our business forward in your area as we enter the year – look for that 20% that will drive the 80%!
