As we track toward the last weeks of Q2 the momentum in our business continues to build across many different areas!
Attached is an updated Scorecard. Please note the following;
- Our revenue goal has increased to $402.5M for the full year goal to reflect the acquisition of Bioness. The EBITDA goal has declined to $79M also reflecting the short term investment made in Bioness for the 9 months of 2021. Please note that the adjusted bonus plan will be communicated later this month but the overall plan payout parameters will not change.
- We continue to track well across all of our objectives. Two areas at risk currently are the Exogen Metatarsal PMA Supplement and the implementation of the Exogen claims management system. It is important to note that despite the potential delay in the PMA supplement for Exogen the product will be “relaunched” through marketing in Q3.
- An addendum to the 2021 Scorecard will come out in July that will include some additional objectives for Bioness including the Talismann pilot launch and the Talismann trial lead project.
- Integration activities continue to go well with Bioness and want to call out the results of the Stimrouter pilot program and the great early success we are seeing. Well done by all involved!
- Most importantly, with the acquisition of Bioness we are tracking to help over 500,000 patients this year that will benefit from our products. That equates to 57 new patients every hour of every day utilizing our products to relieve pain, heal their bone or restore their ability to walk! This is amazing and something we should all be proud of.
Here are the top growth numbers by sales manager and sales rep for the month of May. Please keep in mind the comps to prior year were weak due to the shut down last year so the growth numbers look extra strong;). Keep in mind the top 10 growth sales reps and top three sales managers for Q2 in the categories below will receive a fabulous prize so close strong in June!
