Nominations are Being Accepted for the 2020 Bioventus CEO Awards
It is time to nominate your peers and direct reports as Bioventus prepares to recognize employees who made exceptional contributions to the company in 2020. Recognition can come either in the scope of their current role or through special projects or initiatives beyond their daily responsibilities.
Given 2020 has been such a unique year, we expect many individuals will have demonstrated occasions where they supported the achievement of 2020 Business Objectives and support of our Vision, Mission, and Culture Principles: Achieve Goals, Develop Ourselves, Impact Patients and Value Others.
If you know of someone that is deserving of rewards and recognition, the first step is nominating that person for a CEO Award. All employees may nominate any one of their colleagues for this award and there may be more than one recipient of the CEO Award.
All CEO Award winners are then eligible for the big awards, and this year, the review and selection process has changed. First, with regard to the creation of a Selection Committee whose members include: Andrew Hosmer, Adrianne Brown, Ben Fishburn, Geena Portier, MK Kottke, Sarah Caley, Phil Stead and Vivek Munshi.
The Selection Committee will review all nominations to determine those meeting the CEO Award criteria and Bram Meijer will facilitate these discussions. The Selection Committee then makes recommendations for all winners, including the winners of major award categories: Major Impact, Ultimate Team Player, Key Innovator Award, Philanthropy Award and Talent Ambassador.
The Executive Leadership Team then reviews the recommendations for the major awards to determine the winners. Additional details on our major awards are as follows:
