SmartSolve is a cloud services application run by Pilgrim Quality Systems that Bioventus uses to control our product and process specifications, quality system documentation, and marketing materials.

You will need access to the system to obtain the controlled documentation, approved changes to documentation, enter product complaint information.

If you need access to SmartSolve your manager will have to send a request to the SmartSolve ADMIN account at [email protected]. You will be issued training that you must complete prior to being granted access to SmartSolve.

User Name: Your BV Number (SSO is coming soon)
Password: User Generated at initial login (SSO is coming soon)

Password Requirements:

  • Must be a minimum of 8 characters
  • Must contain a minimum of 1 upper case character
  • Must contain a minimum of 1 lower case character
  • Must contain a minimum of 1 numeric digit OR 1 special character
  • No repeating characters
  • Account will be locked after 5 invalid attempts
  • Previous 5 passwords cannot be used
  • Passwords will be required to change every 90 days
