Help the Vets
A meaningful volunteer opportunity to support your local Veterans! On March 25th your local Red Cross has partnered with other community organizations to support Veterans and local homeless. From 9am to 2pm, at the Durham Bulls Athletic Park we are supporting the 2020 Bull City Fresh Start Stand Down and Homeless Connect. They need volunteers to support this event.
Volunteers will be escorting veterans throughout the event to partner tables, working either the Red Cross table or a partner organizations table, as well as potential in feeding and other tasks.
