Wellness Available to both US Employees and OUS Employees

Bioventus launched its US Wellness Campaign in 2019 with a focus on not only staying fit, but also being thoughtful about our nutrition, the role our personal relationships have on our overall health, setting good financial practices in place and better understanding our purpose. Given the Covid-19 crisis is affecting all of us and wellness is top of mind, we have decided to remind the US teams about the offering and launch many program elements to our Bioventus colleagues outside the US.

“As my family and I sheltered in place and I struggled some days with balance and having healthy eating habits, I was reminded of this resource and began using it along with other tools to help me keep things in balance and perspective,” said Leigh Ann Stradford, SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer. “I encourage everyone to try these resources in the coming weeks as they may provide additional support and guidance through this challenging time and ongoing.”

Note to our international colleagues, this tool was designed for the US workforce and some options are not available for our international employees, including the Rewards Program and some of the Financial Wellness aspects of the tool, but we still believe it will provide you with many benefits.

“If this tool is popular and useful for our international team we will determine how to make something similar available in the future,” said Leigh Ann. “We hope you utilize and enjoy these tools and ask that you contact Donna Harrison or me with any questions.”

The process for getting started is the same for all employees and noted in this document.
