Advance Your Career with Help from a Mentor at Bioventus

In May, you learned of the expansion of the Bioventus Employee Mentoring Program. This program is available to everyone, as we believe that mentoring will give you a great opportunity to grow your knowledge, skills and career in the areas of your interest. We are very excited to share that over 100 employees across all areas of our business want to become a mentor.

Now is your chance to raise your hand if you are interested in becoming a mentee.

So, are you interested? Download the Mentee Application Questionnaire to help us understand what areas and goals you have so we can match you with the ideal mentor. You can send the application questionnaire to [email protected]. If you send your questionnaire back before June 30, we should be able to match you with a mentor by end of July.

After you have been matched with a mentor, you will receive an invitation for a kick-off call where we will inform you all about the structure and expectations of the Program. If you already have a mentor relationship established, for example through the Women in Leadership Program, you do not have to send us anything and please continue.
