With ExecOnline, we bring some of the best training programs of the world highest regarded Business Schools together under one platform. If you’re interested in developing your abilities in areas such as Business Strategy, Operational Excellence, Change Management or Leadership skills, with our partnership with ExecOnline we have a program for you. You all can sign up for 1-week or 3 week online courses. Each program contains Video tutorial of the best Professors and serval activities and exercises that will help you apply your learnings immediately into your daily rhythm. Everyone who completes one of these programs will receive an official certification of the respective business school. Although all of these trainings are freely accessible for you all, we do ask you to be conscientious about your ability to commit to the time you need to complete these courses. This is also important, as you cannot sign-up for a new training without having completed the one you signed up for at first.

30 Hour Challenge
On average people in businesses around the world, devote about 15 hours per year on learning activities. We at Bioventus can do better and so we want you all to at least double that investment in yourself! We challenge you all to invest in 2021 at least 30 hours in yourself. 30 hours a year is 2 ½ hours per month and about 30 min a week. Can you commit to investing this time in you? If you do, you will receive an extra day paid leave and you will be invited to a very exciting Network Event with our Executive Team!
